This is a California series 5 string Jazz in heavy relic creme. Monster 5 string tones abound from this beast of a bass. Every note on this neck seems to ring out with the same volume and texture; this is a truly German built bass! The Humbucker is splittable for a single coil jazz type tone as well as the higher output fullness of the humbucker. The 2 tone EQ adds to the versatility of the amplified signal. A pleasure to play!

'A Fender made by a German!'

This superb bass from the Californian series is an absolute staff favorite here at the Guitarworks. Its obviously very heavily 'inspired ' by a particular california based guitar builder but with a host of modern features that really sets it apart. The 22 fret satin maple neck feels smooth, comfortable and VERY fast. It's joined to the body with a very deeply recessed 6 bolt construction. The alder body is well balanced both sitting and strapped up. The Delano pickups give a massive natural low end fundermental that can be adjusted through the 2 band on board EQ.


This is an incredibly versatile and great sounding hand-built German made bass.
