| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We are happy to be fully complient with the latest WEEE regulations governing the safe disposal of electrical goods. Customer's are welcome to return WEEE items for disposal at the shop address. Customer's must pay for the cost of shipping the WEEE themselves. We accept goods on a like for like basis ie we will not accept the disposal of fridges etc as we are a specialist guitar retailer. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled" |
| Shipping And Handling We ship using a courier company called UK mail with insured 48 hour service if the item is in stock. We do not impose handling charges. For guitars we charge £10+ VAT=£11.50 For combos and small cabs we charge £20+VAT=£23 For 4x12's we charge £30+VAT=£34.50 We will not take payment for an item unless the product is in stock and the shipping amount has been agreed if it will be more than the above prices. For international orders the fees are as follows: For guitars we charge £30 + VAT= £34.50 for delivery to: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands. For guitars we charge £35+ Vat = £40.25 for delivery to: Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Spain, Sweden. We can ship to countries not listed, please send us an email and we can quote for pretty much any destination. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. If the item is not in stock we will contact you straight away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

If you decide the product is not right for you then pack the item in its original packaging and return it to us. When the item arrives and is checked over and found to be in a resaleable condition we will issue a refund. We current offer full refunds on products which are shipped back in non original packaging, items which are damaged in any way or are missing paperwork/accessories which were included when shipped. |
